Conformance Status

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to address known gaps.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of thelobbi.io relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • CSS3 (Tailwind CSS v4)
  • JavaScript / React 19
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Limitations

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and our plans to address them:

  • Third-party embedded content: Scheduling widgets (cal.com) and video embeds are provided by third parties and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our providers to improve conformance.
  • Complex data visualisations: Some ROI calculator chart outputs may not yet have complete text alternatives. We are adding descriptive text summaries.
  • PDF documents: Downloadable guides or reports may not be fully accessible. Contact us to request an accessible version.

ADA & Section 508

We are committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as they apply to digital content. Our ongoing accessibility work is aligned with both sets of requirements.
