Target workflows are selected, mapped, and designed. Trigger conditions, branching logic, notifications, and escalation rules are defined and reviewed.
Weeks 2 - 4 - Build
Flows built, tested, and iterated. Each workflow is reviewed against the spec before moving forward.
Weeks 4 - 6 - Testing & Deployment
End-to-end testing in your tenant, stakeholder review, and deployment. Documentation and team training included.
