How It Works

Every engagement has a defined sequence. You know what happens when, and what you approve at each checkpoint.

  1. Week 1 - Workflow Design

    Target workflows are selected, mapped, and designed. Trigger conditions, branching logic, notifications, and escalation rules are defined and reviewed.

  2. Weeks 2 - 4 - Build

    Flows built, tested, and iterated. Each workflow is reviewed against the spec before moving forward.

  3. Weeks 4 - 6 - Testing & Deployment

    End-to-end testing in your tenant, stakeholder review, and deployment. Documentation and team training included.
