Application built in two-week sprints. Each sprint delivers working, tested functionality. UAT reviews happen at the end of each sprint.
Weeks 8 - 10 - QA, Deployment & Handover
Full QA pass, deployment to your environment, user acceptance testing, training, and complete documentation handover.
